HI, I'M GINA!

I am a 500-hour registered yoga teacher who travels the USA full-time teaching yoga and working at renaissance festivals. I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since June 2020.

I am also an Ambassador for Vikara Center. Contact me if you are a yoga teacher or wellness professional who would like to host a retreat or event! Vikara also has live/work/teach volunteer opportunities!

I personally do my best to practice all 8-limbs of yoga, to live by Pema Chodron's mantra "Comfortable with Uncertainty," and to approach things by way of the middle path. Yoga is a personal journey and I show up as a guide and friend who creates a safe space in which we can walk the journey side by side. I am a forever student approaching life and practice with a beginner's mind, sharing what I discover along the way.

My overarching style is Hatha. Under that umbrella I am trained to teach Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga for Seniors, Chair Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. I am Reiki level-1 certified, insured, and Mental Health First Aid trained.

Cancelation policy for Virtual Private Classes:

If you need to cancel a session, you must do so 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged full price for your session.

Late policy:

If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, but need to move your session forward up to 30 minutes, that is fine, as long as you text me to let me know as soon as possible, before the session start time. If you are later than 30 minutes, the session will be cancelled and you will be charged full price for that session. If you are later than our originally scheduled time, the duration of the session is at my discretion, dependent on my availability and schedule, and you will be charged full session rate.
